Measure the Length of your storage items
Be sure to precisely measure the overall length of the item(s) you plan to store, from the very front tip to the furthest back point.
Exact Length
The precise length must be equal to or less than the dimensions specified in the rental agreement.
No Exceptions
Example: for a 30’ x 11’ back-in space the exact length must be 30’ or less.
Extra Space
Most units are a bit more spacious than the specified dimensions in the lease to provide separation between tenants.
This additional space is not intended for the storage of any RVs, trailers, motorhomes, extra items not mentioned in the rental agreement, or accessories that would cause the overall length to exceed the precise dimensions of the rented unit.
More than 50% of RV, trailer, and motorhome owners are unaware of the EXACT length of the items they wish to store.
Incorrect Measurements
Supplying the manufacturer's model number, dimensions from a brochure, measurements given by a salesperson, or any other length not obtained with a measuring tape carries a 50% likelihood of being the INCORRECT measurement when compared to the precise measurement acquired using a measuring tape.
Option 1: Grab a measuring tape and take the measurements.
Option 2: Arrange an appointment for us to measure for you before finalizing the lease.
